With a Master of Information from Dalhousie University and a career rooted in research, knowledge management, and operational problem-solving, I specialize in making information usable, not just stored. I’ve also led library and research support programs for niche clients at Harbor Global, where I built budgets, assessed program effectiveness using data, developed policy documents aligned with government regulations, and delivered training and hands-on support to researchers and teams.
