Hi, I’m Cora.

Clients work with me not just for expertise, but for a stead, thoughtful partner who can translate complexity into decisions leadership that leadership can stand by.

With a Master of Information from Dalhousie University and a career rooted in research, knowledge management, and operational problem-solving, I specialize in making information usable, not just stored. My work sits at the intersection of information governance, business process design, and practical change management: the policies, structures, and habits that keep work moving smoothly even as teams grow, systems change, and AI enters the picture.

I’ve supported complex, high-stakes environments where accuracy, privacy, and reliability matter, including health system work with Nova Scotia Health and fast-moving operational programs with EHS LifeFlight. I’ve also led library and research support programs for niche clients at Harbor Global, where I built budgets, assessed program effectiveness using data, developed policy documents aligned with government regulations, and delivered training and hands-on support to researchers and teams.

What clients value most is that I don’t just “make a strategy deck.” I map how information actually flows through your organization, identify where friction and risk are hiding, and design governance and workflows that people will realistically follow. That might include clarifying ownership and decision rights, cleaning up content structures, improving findability, tightening retention practices, creating SOPs, or building AI-ready guardrails, all of which are always grounded in your real operations.

If you’re ready to reduce chaos, strengthen trust in your information, and build systems that scale, I’d love to help.

Areas of focus

  • Information governance + policy-to-practice implementation

  • Workflow optimization (how work really gets done)

  • Content and knowledge management (structure, findability, reuse)

  • AI readiness (shadow AI detection, risk controls, governance alignment)

  • Training, change enablement, and practical documentation

Let’s connect: Book an InfoStrat Audit to get a clear picture of what’s working, what’s risky, and where the biggest wins are.

I’ll take the time to listen: to leadership and staff, and to the people doing the real work on the ground. By combining stakeholder insight with best practices in governance & risk in AI, I’ll help your organization build systems that protect trust while enabling innovation.
